These Terms govern your use of Lisa ("the Service"), operated by GRABO LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Lisa is an AI personal-assistant application that helps you capture and organize tasks and, with your consent, reasons over data you connect (such as Google Gmail, Drive and Calendar) to assist you. Features may change over time.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to send spam or unlawful content.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access and request deletion of your data at any time.
The Service uses AI models and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or acting on it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRABO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
