SMS Terms of Service

These Terms govern the SMS warranty notification program operated by GRABO LLC (the “Program”). By submitting the opt‑in form at https://grabo.cc/sms-opt-in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program description
The Program delivers transactional SMS notifications relating to your existing warranty case — specifically: case received, replacement shipped (with tracking), case resolved, and similar case status updates. Sender phone number: +1 (877) 960‑0534.
The Program does not send marketing messages, promotions, surveys, or any non‑transactional content.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available only to individuals with an open warranty case with GRABO LLC, who are 18 years of age or older, and whose mobile number is on a US or Canadian wireless carrier. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message frequency & rates
You will receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on the activity on your warranty case.
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. GRABO is not responsible for fees charged by your carrier.
4. Opt out (STOP)
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from +1 (877) 960‑0534. After replying STOP you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
5. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message from +1 (877) 960‑0534, or email support@grabo.com.
6. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T‑Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their resellers/MVNOs) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is on a best‑effort basis.
7. Privacy
Information you submit on the opt‑in form is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Notice. We do not sell or share your phone number or consent records with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Changes
GRABO LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL and take effect on posting. Continued participation in the Program after posting constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
GRABO LLC may pause or terminate the Program at any time. Subscribers may terminate their own subscription at any time via STOP as described above.
10. Limitation of liability
The Program is offered on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRABO LLC disclaims all warranties relating to the Program and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Program.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflicts‑of‑laws principles.
