About GRABO Software

A toolmaker's answer to a toolmaker's problem.

GRABO Software is the digital tools division of GRABO — the portable electric vacuum lifters trusted by tile setters, glaziers, masons, carpenters, and stone pros around the world.

We make tools. We always have. Some of them you hold. Now some of them you tap.

GRABO is built by Nemo Power Tools, founded in 2010 designing high-precision equipment for demanding clients — including work rooted in military-grade engineering for the US Marine Corps and the Israeli Defense Forces. In 2019, founder Nimo Rotem patented GRABO: a portable electric vacuum lifter that let one person safely move glass, stone, drywall, and pavers that used to take two. It became a bestseller and ended up in trucks and toolboxes across 45 countries.

Spend enough time around the people who use GRABO and you notice something: the hardest part of their week often isn't the lifting anymore. It's everything around the work. Chasing payment. Writing scopes at 9pm. Guessing at permits. Reconstructing the week from a glovebox full of receipts. Wondering, three jobs in, whether any of them actually made money.

That's heavy lifting too. So we did what we do — we built tools for it.

Same standards, new shape

We didn't hire a software company and slap our name on it. We built the GRABO Job Kit the way we build everything: simple enough to use one-handed on a real jobsite, reliable enough to trust with your business, and designed around how trades actually work. If it wouldn't survive a Monday on site, it doesn't ship.

Why this matters to you

You already know what a GRABO tool is supposed to feel like — solid, honest, no nonsense. That's the bar for the software. We're not a billing startup that just discovered contractors exist. We're the brand that's already in your truck, building the rest of the kit.
